If you're looking to start a career in the creative industries in Wales, there are plenty of opportunities available, from apprenticeships and traineeships to short courses and networking events. We support initiatives that help people from all backgrounds access these routes.

The screen sector is a prime example of growth, with high-profile productions like His Dark Materials, Sex Education, and Timestalker filming in Wales. To further boost talent development, productions funded by us are required to offer paid trainee placements, and at least one must be offered to an accredited apprentice.
